Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one mail management solution, which will grant you full command over your e-mail box accounts and e-newsletters. With this intuitive graphical user interface, you can create a new mail account in an instant and administer its settings with ease. Plus, you can redirect mails from one email mailbox to another, activate e-mail filters, create auto-reply messages and guard your email mailbox accounts against junk e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your email boxes against spam emails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unasked-for email messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a specific email mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for filtrating your incoming mail messages on the basis of certain criteria specified by you. Creating mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can swiftly create an e-mail filter for any of your mail accounts and set the filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming mail messages from one e-mail account to another, or even to a number of other email boxes. Simply choose the email box account you want to forward emails from, then choose the destination mailbox and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly set up the email client of your choice to access your mail accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail account you would like to set up on your desktop PC or smartphone and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email mailbox will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple email accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager GUI will also allow you to quickly create an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to see and our system will take care of the rest. And if you want to configure a catch-all email box - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
